Expo Nepal Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions ("Terms") for Expo Nepal. These Terms are between you and Expo Nepal and they govern our respective rights and obligations. The Terms, together with applicable terms and conditions related to any promotional offers provided to you for use with Expo Nepal, constitute the entire agreement between you and Expo Nepal related to purchasing products from Expo Nepal. Please note that your use of the Expo Nepal Web site are also governed by our Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Expo Nepal Web site, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you purchase products from Expo Nepal, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.
Expo Nepal collects just the information absolutely necessary in order to carry
out a customer transaction, such as name, address, payment information and email
address. Consumers will be required to give unequivocal evidence of their identity
and are issued usernames and passwords. Changing of usernames and passwords are
done via email not over the phone. A letter will be mailed to the physical address
of the customer stating the changes made to their account.
Conditions
You must have an Expo Nepal account to purchase from the Expo Nepal website. We reserve the right to accept or refuse account membership in our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your account membership or benefits of the account. Some special product, order, handling fees and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases. Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect product purchase amounts and shipment timelines.
Expo Nepal does not guaranty delivery of products within the estimated transit time or by the estimated delivery date.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Expo Nepal reserves the right to change, add or otherwise modify any shipping or handling charge to suit any situation.
Account Membership Cancellation
Expo Nepal reserves the right to terminate any account membership without notice.
Agreement Changes
We may in our discretion change these Terms, Expo Nepal�s general Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, or any aspect of the Expo Nepal website, without notice to you.
Limitation of Liability
IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN EXPO NEPAL�S CONDITIONS OF USE, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PRIME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

The following terms and conditions apply to all Khukuris sold via www.ExpoNepal.com
- Khukuris are sold as decorative items and not to be used as weapons or knives.
- Purchase at your own risk.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Blades are exteremly sharp and can inflict deep cuts if not handled properly or
misused.
- Once purchased, ExpoNepal will not be responsible for any such physical injuries caused by khukuri. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle khukuris
with extreme caution.
