Consumer’s information is absolutely protected. Expo Nepal does not distribute or
re-distribute our customer’s information to any other third-party business or entity.
Expo Nepal collects just the information absolutely necessary in order to carry
out a customer transaction, such as name, address, payment information and email
address. Consumers will be required to give unequivocal evidence of their identity
and are issued usernames and passwords. Changing of usernames and passwords are
done via email not over the phone. A letter will be mailed to the physical address
of the customer stating the changes made to their account.
Failure to provide the
necessary information to carry out a transaction will result in an incomplete transaction
and your account will not be debited and products will not be shipped. In other
words, the transaction will not take place without all necessary information including
proof of identity.
On occasion we will send out newsletters or special offers via
email. As a customer you can choose not to receive our newsletters or special offers.
Customers may change their information on record and we will verify information
if the customer is able give us their details but we will not give customers their
own or other person’s information if asked.
Expo Nepal’s online privacy is validated
by an independent trusted third party that validates that Expo Nepal is engaged
in meaningful self-regulation of online privacy.
If you have any complaints about
our privacy policy or any other issue we ask that you address them with Expo Nepal
first and foremost.
