Customer Care – Policy
Customer care is a top priority at Expo Nepal. That is why we are providing clear and definitive customer care policies. We believe defining these policies will harbor trust, satisfaction and loyalty from our customers.
Discount Policy
Discounts on products are up to the sole discretion of Expo Nepal. Discounts must be used before the date of expiration. Carefully read the details of offers and discounts. If there is a conflict as to the interpretation of an offer Expo Nepal’s interpretation will supersede any other.
Return Policy
Most items may be returned, please see the list of items that are not returnable. You may return new, unopened clothing or garments with all tags in place within 14 days and all other items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund minus any administrative or re-stocking fee. The shipping costs will also be covered in the refund if the items were shipped in error.
For all returns please contact Expo Nepal via phone or email to get the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date the RMA number was issued.
The refund amount will be only for the amount of the item. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If items were purchased with a credit card the refund will be charged back to the same credit card, if items were purchased by check or money order a check will be mailed with the refund amount.
All items are subject to a 5% administration and restocking fee.
Items returned within 30 to 60 days of purchase will receive a gift certificate that is one-third the current cost of the item.

- Items purchased after 30 days that are no longer available
for purchase
- Organic material such as herbs and spices
- Hazardous material
- Items purchased after 60 days
- Items damaged by misuse
- Clothing or garments that are stained or smelling of smoke
- All jewelry modified by the purchaser in any way
Exchange Policy
You may exchange any faulty item for the same item within 30 days. The shipping costs will also be covered if the items were shipped in error.
In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item or receive a different item in which you ordered please contact Expo Nepal immediately to receive the Return Merchandise Authorization number via telephone or e-mail within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
Please note that it takes Expo Nepal up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.
Limitation of Liability
Expo Nepal is not liable for damage or loss once an item is shipped. Expo Nepal is not liable for carrier delays. Item will ship within three days upon payment confirmation.
Expo Nepal will replace or repair any defective item as a result of original workmanship. If Expo Nepal is not contacted within 3 days of receiving the shipment Expo Nepal will no longer be liable and the decision to exchange the item will be up to the sole discretion of Expo Nepal.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to properly check the size and dimensions of items before purchasing. The requested size of the item is the size you will receive. Expo Nepal is not liable and will not replace any item due to a size difference after the item has been shipped.
